Summary
The CSI Store Manager plans, directs, organizes and implements the daily operational activities of a CSI retail store. The Store Manager is primarily responsible for the achievement of store objectives, the implementation of company policies and procedures, staffing, merchandising and maintaining CSI's high standards of excellent customer service and first-class image.

Essential Functions
The CSI Store Manager's essential functions are to:

• Ensure that all customers receive high quality service
• Ensure that store image is in compliance with CSI standards
• Recruit, hire and train new employees
• Schedule and staff for store coverage
• Supervise employees in all aspects of store operations
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures
• Ensure safe 24 hour operations
• Prioritize and direct the work of the store crew
• Maintain sound personnel management practices
• Complete required accounting and reporting paperwork
• Perform business analysis tasks, as required
