What Are We Looking For?

• CSI is recruiting potential Store Managers who are people-oriented, positive, hard-working and enthusiastic.
• You must be able to lead by example, and to train, coach, and motivate employees.
• You must be able to manage multiple tasks in a busy retail environment, and demonstrate a genuine concern for customers.
• Prior retail experience is a plus

What Are the Job Responsibilities?

• Managing the complete operation of a busy retail business that sells Chevron gasoline, convenience foods and other related products and services.
• Recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, motivating and leading all store employees.
• Customer service, store image, sales, merchandising, in-store promotions, and compliance with all CSI business systems, guidelines including inventory and cash management.
• Maintaining a clean, neat, drug free environment where employees and customers will feel welcome and safe.

What Do We Offer?

• A starting salary in the $26,000 - $31,000 range, plus bonus opportunities.
