- In Chevron's retail marketing network, these CSI stores are located in the states of Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Utah, Texas, Louisiana, Georgia and Florida.
- CSI stores are Chevron's 'flagships' of excellence.
- As flagship stores, Chevron counts on CSI operations to model the company's critical standards for being Customer Driven.
- Chevron plans to grow its CSI network. In fact, the number of CSI-operated facilities is growing month by month.
- Although all Chevron service stations are seen as "Chevron:" by the customer, they are not all operated by Chevron. Only the stores run by CSI are considered company-operated (these businesses are also referred to as "co-op" stores).

CSI/Chevron Retail Jobs
- At the store, there are Customer Service Representatives, Assistant Store Managers and Store Managers, all of whom are employed by Chevron Stations, Incorporated (not Chevron Products Company).
- Store Managers report to Territory Managers, who are responsible for several CSI stores. The Territory Manager reports to an Area Manager who supervises a geographic area of CSI stores. The Area Manager works for a Retail Manager, who reports to the General Manager of Sales.
